Catalin Istrate is the head gardener and founder of Highcliffe Company, established in 2019. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the gardening and horticulture industry, Catalin has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional landscaping and garden care services. He holds a degree in Horticulture from the University of Bucharest, graduating in 2012. Shortly after, he moved to London, where he quickly began working as a gardener, honing his skills and expertise in the unique horticultural demands of the UK.
Catalin’s journey from self-employed gardener to company owner has been fueled by his passion for beautiful, sustainable landscapes and his commitment to client satisfaction. At Highcliffe Company, he combines his extensive background and technical knowledge with a personalized approach, ensuring each project reflects his meticulous standards and creative vision

Ciprian Mosor is a seasoned Head Landscaper with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, where he has excelled in leadership as a foreman. His extensive background brings a solid foundation in site management, structural knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. Ciprian's experience allows him to oversee complex landscaping projects from conception through to completion, combining his practical expertise with a keen eye for design and functionality. Known for his dedication and hands-on approach, Ciprian is committed to delivering exceptional, long-lasting landscapes that blend natural beauty with structural integrity.
